The Old North State peninsula is the perfect place for boating and the 5,400 acre Badin Lake surrounded by the Uwharrie Mountains sets a backdrop unmatched by most. NC mild climates allow for year-round boating activities and Badin Lake′s deep waters have few, well-marked areas of caution allowing for full use of the entire lake.
The club has a full service marina, boat house, and gas dock geared to get you out and keep you out on the lake. Our dock master, along with his team, will handle all of your needs from launching, retrieving, cleaning, and storage of your boat or personal watercraft. Club members share this space and are able to rent one of the 50 wet slips, 100 dry storage, or 30 fenced spaces for the ultimate protection of their recreational vehicles. The convenient ship′s store offers boating necessities such as fuel, ice, and a variety of boating accessories.
The marina also features restrooms, picnic areas, and an outdoor shower overlooking the sundeck. Experience a day on the lake and see why Uwharrie Point residents consider themselves just a little bit spoiled.
